- Registration Information: To activate the service, we collect your mobile number, which must be registered with your bank account.
- Account and Transaction Information: When you make a request, our chatbot processes your account balance, transaction history, and other financial data as necessary to fulfill your request.
- Messages and Interactions: We securely store your chat interactions with our chatbot to provide service, resolve queries, and for audit and compliance purposes. We do not store the content of your messages on our systems unless required for service fulfillment, and this data is protected by WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption while in transit.
- Device and Technical Data: We may collect non-personal data such as the date and time of your interactions, the type of requests you make, and your interaction patterns to improve service performance.
We will NEVER ask for Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) such as your ATM PIN, Credit/Debit Card CVV/CVC, or OTP (One-Time Password) via the WhatsApp service. Any request for such information should be treated as fraudulent.
